Unfortunately due to mail restrictions we are unable to send any aerosol products to destinations outside of the UK. Please do not add any such items to you order as we will not be able to fulfill your request.
We like to keep things simple, so provided we receive your order by 4pm (UK time), we will do our very best to dispatch it to you that same day, using first class, Royal Mail post or a courier. You should receive your order within 1-3 working days.
If no-one is in to receive the products you have ordered, the Royal Mail or Courier, will normally leave you a card and keep your order for two weeks at their local depot for you to collect from them. After that they will return the goods to us to arrange a second delivery.
Please note that we don’t dispatch any orders on weekends and UK Bank Holidays and so your goods may be delayed if you order at these times.
We try to keep all of the items shown in the shop in stock. However we may find that we very occasionally don’t have the product you ordered on our shelves. In that case we’ll email to let you know and post that item to you separately, usually 2-3 days later, at no extra cost to you.
Once we have dispatched your goods, unfortunately we have no control over the postage system and cannot be held responsible for any delays.
Postage
Please see the table below for full details on postage costs. The postage will be automatically updated by our postage calculator as you add or remove products from your shopping basket and it will take into account the country on your delivery address.

VAT
All prices shown are inclusive of UK VAT (20%). VAT where applicable will be shown on the invoice which is sent to you by email when you place the order, or through the ‘my account ’ section of the website.
British Forces Post Office (BFPO) address
We do offer postage for orders sent to BFPO addresses. Please select United Kingdom as your country for your BFPO shipping address and your order will be handled as a BFPO shipment automatically. Currently BFPO postage rates are the same as United Kingdom so postage costs are the same and are also eligible any UK postage cost promotions that Grateful Heads Online may be offering. Please note orders sent to BFPO addresses can not exceed 2kg in weight and orders over that weight will be either rejected or will be segmented to meet this rule which can be subject to further postage costs to yourself at Grateful Heads Online's discretion.
Customs
If you order any products from us to be delivered outside the UK, you may be subject to import taxes and duties, which you may have to pay on delivery. In addition products may be examined by customs authorities.
You are responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance.
