Why have you changed your name?
Grateful Heads Online is the new name for Hair on the Internet.
We’ve been trading since 2007 as Hair on the Internet but decided it was time to change the name to Grateful Heads Online to match our salon.
This means we can offer you even lower prices for the most popular products you want – like Aveda, Philip Kingsley and many more.
You can still order before 4pm for same day dispatch, shop at really low prices and take advantage of our excellent customer service – why not give us a call to call to put us to the test!
When will my products be delivered?
After you’ve completed your order, we’ll send you an email confirming what you have ordered. Please check it carefully. Click here for delivery times.
Do you deliver products outside the UK?
Yes. Check out the countries we deliver to when you add your delivery address. Click here to find out where we deliver.
What if I’m not in when you deliver?
If no one is in to receive the products you have ordered then the Royal Mail or Courier will normally leave you a card and keep your order for two weeks at their local depot for you to collect from them. After that they will return the goods to us to arrange a second delivery.
Can I have my products delivered to my workplace?
Yes, just choose “add new delivery address” when you go to checkout, or add an extra address in ‘my account’.
Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes! We’ll email you with confirmation as soon as your order is received by us. You can also review current and previous orders placed in the ‘my account ’ section.
What if my order hasn’t arrived?
Orders usually take 1-3 working days to be delivered and provided we receive your order by 4pm UK time we will do our very best to dispatch the goods to you the same day. If your order has not arrived within 5 working days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays) please contact us here and let us know.
Just enter your email address on the “forgotten password” link and we will email your password to you.
You can pay with all major credit and debit cards: Visa, Visa debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Solo and Maestro.
How safe is shopping on Grateful Heads Online?
How can I get a VAT receipt for my order?
A VAT invoice is emailed to your registered email address once an order has been placed. A VAT invoice is also available through the ‘my account’ section.

How do I register?
When you have finished your shopping go to checkout from my basket. You will be asked to sign in if you are an existing customer or click [register] to enter your details online. You can also give us separate delivery and billing addresses.
How do I add to my basket?
Find the product you’re interested in and click on it for further details. Choose the quantity you’d like to buy and simply click [add to basket].
How do I amend my basket?
Click on ‘my basket’ on the top right side of the page. If you want to change the quantity, enter the number of products you want to buy in the quantity box next to each product and then click ‘update basket’. To delete a product click on the [X] to the left of each product and then click ‘update basket’. Don’t forget to click [update basket] after you have made any changes.
What if my order is damaged?

How do I use a promotional code?
When you finish your shopping, go to checkout, enter your code and click on go. The relevant amount will be deducted from your purchase.
Can I print a receipt for my order?
Once you have selected a payment option you can print a receipt. Just follow the simple on screen instructions. A receipt and confirmation of your order will also be emailed to your registered email address.
Can I pay for my shopping in Euros or dollars?
Yes, just select your currency and click go. All prices will then be shown in pounds sterling and your chosen currency. The price shown in Euros and Dollars is not the exact amount that will be shown on your credit / debit card statement due to the constant changes occurring in currency markets.
Can I place my order by telephone?

Can I change my order?
Yes – provided we haven’t already dispatched it. If you’d like to change your order once it has been placed let us know by email as soon as possible and we’ll do our best. You’ll need to include your order number, the old order and the new order. Please remember that we try and pack and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. If your order has already been dispatched we’ll let you know. You’ll then need to return it to us. See here for more information.
