You have the right to cancel your order up to seven working days after the day following the delivery of your goods, by emailing us with full details.
If we have already dispatched your goods to you when we receive notice of your cancellation you must return the goods to us – unopened and unused - please see returns (below) and we will refund your credit/debit card within 30 days.
If we don’t receive the goods within 21 days of your notice of cancellation you will be deemed to have accepted the goods and no refunds will be made.
Refunds on goods purchased under promotional offers will be based on the terms of the promotional price. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Hopefully you will love your products. However if you do need to return your goods, for whatever reason, then simply follow these steps. We cannot accept back goods that have been used.
Contact us by email and let us know that you will be returning the products and why. We’ll give you all the details you need to send the products back.
Make sure the goods are unopened, unused and packed in their original packaging. Include the original invoice. It’s probably best to get proof of posting from the Post Office.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the products to us, unless we sent them to you in error or if the products are damaged or defective in any way, in which case we will refund the delivery costs as well.
We’ll refund the card you used for your purchase within 30 days of receiving your returns.
For reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on hair extensions.
